- Full Refund: Reservations canceled [10 days] or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Reservations canceled between [5 days] and [number of days] before the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a [percentage]% cancellation fee.
- No Refund: Reservations canceled less than [1 day] before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Refund Processing Time:

3. No Show Policy:
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice ("no-show") will not be eligible for a refund. The full reservation amount will be charged.

 

4. Early Departure:
- Guests who choose to depart early from their reservation will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

 

5. Force Majeure:
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events, our refund policy may be subject to modification. We will make every effort to accommodate guests affected by such circumstances.

 

6. Refund Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team or through the booking platform used for the reservation. Please include your reservation details and the reason for the refund request.

 

7. Refunds for Prepaid Bookings:
- For reservations made through third-party booking platforms or prepaid booking channels, refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform or channel.

 

8. Guest Responsibility:
- It is the guest's responsibility to review and understand our refund policy before confirming a reservation. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions.
